This paradox is at the heart of effectiveness in LSVT LOUD® speech therapy and LSVT BIG® physical/occupational therapy. \nWithin their core framework\, LSVT treatments demonstrate remarkable flexibility for incorporating individualized goals\, versatility in symptoms\, adaptability to cognitive challenges\, and application to various settings and delivery methods. \nAdditionally\, the foundation of their defined yet dynamic approach lies in well-established principles of neuroplasticity.
